It’s official: we’re unable to keep up with the amount of fashion-related TV dramas which are dropping in 2024 – but you won’t hear us complaining here at theFashionSpot. Dropping January 19 is Cristóbal Balenciaga on Disney+ and the official trailer for the highly-anticipated The New Look drama coming to AppleTV+ just dropped.
The New Look will mostly fixate upon the life and work of Christian Dior and is set to touch upon his contemporaries, including Coco Chanel, Pierre Balmain and Cristóbal Balenciaga and how these innovators of fashion navigated the horrors of World War II in Paris. The drama from creator Todd A. Kessler is set to drop on AppleTV+ February 14 and is led by an impressive ensemble cast, starring Ben Mendelsohn (as Christian Dior), Juliette Binoche (as Coco Chanel) and John Malkovich (as Lucien Lelong) across a total of 10 episodes. February 14th cannot come fast enough!
