9 Inspiring Fashion Entrepreneurs That Made It Big Before 25

Can you imagine running a fashion brand in high school? That’s just what designer and founder of Gigi C, Gigi Caruso, is doing. In fact, we spoke with her between final exams. In a day and age when everything seems to be controlled by Amazon, there’s nothing quite as refreshing as speaking with designers who may not be old enough to drink or even vote, but are running budding empires with designs already sold at retailers like Carbon38 (seems like just yesterday they were a baby) and editorial features in The New York Times.

Young fashion entrepreneurs are players in every part of the fashion game. Alexandre Daillance’s line NasaSeasons is a simple selection of tees and hats, but he already has a celebrity following that includes Wiz Khalifa, Rita Ora and Rihanna. Frankies Bikinis designer Francesca Aiello is already a Miami Fashion Week Swim vet. While most people were busy choosing classes and voting for Prom King and Queen, these kids were building their businesses from the ground up.
