Men’s Spring 2023 Fashion Trends To Get Inspired By

As a fashion photographer David Christopher Lee’s job is to photograph fashion trends, so it’s fitting that he’s at the forefront of many of them in his own life.

“I’m always looking for the latest, the greatest and the most vibrant color,” says Lee. With that in mind he has curated a handful of outfits exclusively for tFS to inspire some of our styling and shopping this spring.

When looking at the outfits, notice how the colors complement each other and the accessories serve as accent pieces.

Gold Shoes

“This season consider an Indiana Jones-inspired look with a gold shoes. Pair a short brown leather jacket with light beige pants. Notice how the black hat matches the black shirt and belt in the photo above. Add a pair of gold shoes as an accent piece. People will definitely complement you on the shoes because the shininess gives a flare of bling.”

All Gray

“Wearing different shades of gray give aesthetic pleasure to the eye. In this outfit, I’m wearing three shades of the color. The blazer has a sheen to it. The shirt has a lighter shade with a shine. The pants are super skinny jeans. I’m wearing gold glasses to match the shoes and chain necklace.”

Sheer Shirt

“A see through black shirt will give your outfit an extra edge. Pair the top with a wide leg pant for added visual interest. In this particular case I threw on a brown velvet blazer with gold buttons and a hat and slip-on dress shoes to accent the outfit.”

Half Black, Half White

“If you want to be the life of the party, wear half black and half white as it’s guaranteed to make you standout. Throw on a gold watch as an accent piece and a classic black pair of dress shoes.”

Relaxed Denim and Corduroy

“For a casual outfit, a relaxed blue denim shirt pairs well with a loose fitting corduroy pant. A pair of basic black shoes with white soles gives the outfit simplicity. Notice the color blocking of the pant, which gives the extra edge. The watch has a gold face with a blue strap to complement the colors.”
