D la Repubblica continues to stomp on the competition and show just about every major fashion magazine on the planet how it’s done. We currently remain in the midst and the glory that is ‘The Fashion Issue’. Following on from Volume #1 which resulted in us here at theFashionSpot hyperventilating over 21 spectacular covers, Volume #2 is evidently no different. Emanuele Farneti dials down the number of covers, to give us a selection of three. Cover one sees Farneti call upon Paolo Roversi, who captures Penelope Ternes, Lina Zhang, Amar Akway and Yar Aguer. Colin Dodgson photographs Jesi Shelnutt for cover two while Ida Heiner serves retro glam on cover three, as she poses for photographer Theo Sion.

Award season is well and truly underway and W Magazine, as always, is jumping on the hype. Back in January, like clockwork, Sara Moonves bestowed upon us the annual ‘Best Performances‘ issue and follows it up with ‘The Directors Issue’ which has ultimately became a regular occurrence since 2019. This year’s offering for Volume #2 2024 gives us a threesome of covers, directed by a trio of Hollywood’s finest. Cover one is Saltburn‘s Barry Keoghan directed by Emerald Fennell. Secondly, we see actress America Ferrera directed by Barbie‘s Greta Gerwig, who poses in Fendi before the lens of photographer Mickalene Thomas. Anatomy of a Fall‘s Sandra Hüller is directed by Justine Triet on cover three, and captured by photographer Tyler Mitchell wearing a Louis Vuitton dress.

There’s always a strong sense of renewal in the air whenever the February issues of our fave fashion glossies drop. OK, we admit… InStyle hasn’t truly commanded our attention since the Spring 2022 issue when the magazine went digital-only. Under the direction of Sally Holmes, recent cover stars of the Dotdash Meredith-owned title have included Quinta Brosnan, Alicia Keys, Anitta and Cailee Spaeny. Up next is none other than Sharon Stone, who fresh from the covers of Harper’s Bazaar Spain, reunites with photographer Eric Michael Roy and stylist Paris Libby as InStyle‘s February 2024 cover subject. Posing against her very own artwork, the legendary American actress is styled by Libby in a heavily-embellished suit from Lapointe in the creative cover photograph.

We stan ELLE France hard here on theFashionSpot, and you cannot blame us. After all, the magazine outshines the competition with an effortless ease – issue after issue, cover after cover. Malgosia Bela, Léa Seydoux and Yasmin Le Bon have graced the magazine recently and now it’s time for the celebratory ‘Spécial Mode’ issue which is bestowed upon us twice a year and is essentially the magazine’s big fashion bonanza.

Véronique Philiponnat welcomes Iselin Steiro and Saskia de Brauw as cover girls for the occasion, making the event of a dedicated fashion issue feel all that more special. The top models both pose for photographer Daniel Jackson across a duo of covers and throughout the accompanying cover story, complete with styling from Geraldine Saglio. Iselin, from Norway, poses in a leather Louis Vuitton jacket in her respective cover (below) while Saskia (from the Netherlands) dashes across the studio before Jackson’s lens wearing Prada in cover number two (after the jump).

The model who has since turned to the world of acting, graces the lens of forum favorite Lachlan Bailey on location in Miami, Florida and poses within the surroundings of a motel and down on the nearby beach. Dressed by stylist Geraldine Saglio, the all-American beauty rocks head-to-toe Celine in the nonchalant cover photograph.

The American singer-songwriter and actress is styled by Nazario for the occasion, wearing a look from Prada’s Spring 2024 collection as she poses for photographer Larissa Hoffman.

First launched in 1995, the publication just unveiled its 30th annual installment of the highly-anticipated issue for March 2024. Radhika Jones champions Bradley Cooper, Natalie Portman, Pedro Pascal, Colman Domingo, Jodie Comer, Lily Gladstone, Greta Lee, Charles Melton, Da’Vine Joy Randolph, Jenna Ortega, and Barry Keoghan as cover stars for the occasion. The selection of Hollywood stars poses for filmmaker and photographer Gordon von Steiner, and were styled by George Cortina throughout the sleek portfolio.

The magazine’s head of editorial content Kerstin Weng welcomes none other than Claudia Schiffer as cover girl for March 2024, and enlisting Luigi & Iango as cover shoot photographers in the process. German Vogue‘s latest marks the German supermodel’s 17th cover appearance, who shares the occasion with her very own pet cat Chip (who also stars in a leading role of the new spy movie Argylle). In the cover photograph, Claudia (the current face of Versace) is all smiles shot against L&I’s signature grey studio backdrop, clutching her cat and styled by Dena Giannini wearing Prada.
